Lady Fatimah: The Ideal of Motherhood and Womanhood
Speaking at the event, Owhadi declared that “the satisfaction derived from a martyr’s family serves as the benchmark for measuring the Creator’s satisfaction.”
In his address, Owhadi stressed the immense sacrifice made by these families, particularly mothers, asserting that any effort to appreciate their devotion would remain insufficient. He positioned Hazrat Fatimah al-Zahra (PBUH) as the quintessential symbol of motherhood and womanhood, describing the mother as the “greatest educational school in the realm of creation.”
The official linked the pursuit of spiritual perfection and righteous action—a primary goal outlined in the Quran—to the legacy upheld by the families of the deceased.
Condemnation of Recent Attacks and Human Rights Bodies:
Owhadi explicitly condemned what he termed recent enemy crimes targeting children, prisoners, and nuclear scientists. He specifically cited the plight of children such as “Taha and Hasti” in Tabriz, alongside several martyrs from the Evin prison incident—naming Martyr Fallahi, Sharifi, Maryam Vahedpanah, and Bahareh Yazdi (noted as the daughter of a martyr)—as well as other victims like Martyr Khoshkardar and his wife Maryam.
He categorized these actions as overt acts of war and sharply criticized the silence of international human rights organizations in the face of these alleged atrocities.
The Foundation Head concluded his remarks by stating that serving the esteemed families of the martyrs remains the highest honor for the organization.
